I was so happy and proud of these girls who take part in boxing. When the Talibans ruled, women in afghanistan were forbidden from doing any sports. Now a decade later some of them are wearing boxing gloves and are dreaming of olympic glory.
I am looking forward to the day when Afghan girls and boys take part in all sports. I feel that we the Afghans should be very supportive of this movement.
